Bio
Kamil is an advocate. He has over five years’ professional experience in assisting clients in commercial disputes before the courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as in criminal proceedings (relating to commercial and fiscal criminal law). He also advises on the analysis of criminal liability risks, administrative proceedings (with particular emphasis on sanctions), and matters relating to insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
Experience
Throughout his career, he has advised a wide range of clients, including foreign private equity funds, banks, property developers, leasing companies, municipal companies, local government bodies and company directors.
He represents clients before the ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals, law enforcement agencies, as well as disciplinary bodies and courts. In criminal proceedings, he acts both as a defence counsel and as a representative of the victim or a private prosecutor. He assists creditors in the course of insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
He has advised clients in complex civil and criminal proceedings, including cases concerning fraudulent conveyances, claims for damages arising from a reduction in property value due to the introduction of a local development plan, and corporate disputes between shareholders. He has represented victims in criminal cases concerning acts detrimental to a company and causing harm to creditors, as well as in disciplinary proceedings against members of the professions of public trust. He has acted as a defence counsel in criminal tax cases and represented companies during UCS inspections concerning sanctions.
Education
A graduate in law from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika in Toruń. He completed a postgraduate course in Criminal, Fiscal and Commercial Law at Jagiellonian University.
An advocate registered with the Warsaw Bar Association. In 2025, he passed the bar exam with distinction.
He speaks English to an advanced level.
