Bio
An attorney at law specialising in civil, commercial and intellectual property law, with many years’ experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses – both domestic and international. She advises clients on key aspects of running a business, combining legal expertise with an understanding of business realities and operational risks.
Specialisation
Her practice focuses in particular on representing clients in litigation and commercial disputes, including cases concerning the enforcement of contracts, infringements of intellectual property rights, and acts of unfair competition. She has extensive experience in developing litigation strategies and effectively safeguarding clients’ interests at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.
She specialises in providing corporate services to commercial companies, covering both day-to-day advisory work and complex reorganisation and transformation processes. He supports clients in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including licence agreements, agreements transferring intellectual property rights, and implementation agreements in the field of new technologies and IT, ensuring the legal certainty and business efficiency of the projects undertaken.
She advises on legal risk management, and the drafting and implementation of regulations, policies and internal procedures. In her work, she places emphasis on delivering practical solutions tailored to the specific nature of the industry and the business objectives of clients.
Experience
She gained her professional experience at reputable law firms and within the international advisory sector, working with entities from various sectors of the economy, including the technology, pharmaceutical and professional services industries. In her practice, she also collaborates with international law firms, participating in cross-border projects.
She is a co-author of legal publications, including the book *Corporate Resolutions and Contract Comparisons with Examples* (C.H. Beck, 2022), a practical guide for business transactions, and “Medical Devices Law: A Practical Guide” (Wolters Kluwer, 2023). She is the author of articles published in, among others, “Rzeczpospolita” and “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and of postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw. She completed her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers. She was an Erasmus scholar at the Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro. She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Italian.
