Experience

He has practical experience in providing legal services to businesses – ranging from day-to-day advice to support for organisational, regulatory and technological projects. He focuses on compliance, data protection, IT contracts, information security and cybersecurity; he has participated in the implementation and auditing of ISO-compliant systems. He helps identify legal risks, prepare recommendations and implement solutions to minimise legal exposure. He has many years’ experience in managing teams, processes and project delivery, which enables him to combine a legal perspective with a practical understanding of technology and organisation.

His professional path included not only leading projects and programmes, but also managing a project management department and providing operational oversight of an entire project portfolio. As a result, he has a strong understanding of clients’ needs, the way they operate, and the organisational realities in which they function, which enables him to provide advice that takes into account not only legal aspects, but also practical project and operational considerations.

He supplemented his education with a postgraduate Executive MBA programme at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School and a postgraduate course at the Academy of Leadership Psychology.
