Bio
Trainee attorney-at-law. A graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where he defended his master’s thesis entitled. “Challenges of the regulation of crowdfunding services” on the implementation of regulations governing crowdfunding, and a graduate of postgraduate studies in Tax Consultancy and Tax Management at the Wrocław University of Economics, entered on the list of trainee counselors.
During his studies, he was awarded the scholarship of the Jagiellonian University Rector for the best students, served as a Scientific Expert on Banking in the Banking Law Department of the KN PGIH TBSP at the Jagiellonian University, and was a finalist in the Private Banking Law competition. Participant of many educational projects and member of the organising team of the 12th edition of the Academy of Capital Companies.
Completed the Financial Markets course certified by Yale University, holder of the PMI Global R.E.P. (Project Management – A Practical Approach) certification obtained for a Silver Wolf award-winning community project.
His area of professional interest is broadly understood private law, including civil, commercial and business law, capital markets law and tax law.
