Bio
Magdalena Słyś is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. In 2024, she defended her master’s thesis entitled “Covert Advertising in Social Media as an Unfair Market Practice Based on Decision No. RBG – 9/2023.”
She is currently a trainee attorney-at-law undergoing professional training with the Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. During her studies, she also participated in the Erasmus+ programme at the University of Cologne in Germany.
She gained professional experience at law firms, where she was involved in providing legal services to entrepreneurs, particularly in the areas of labour law and civil law. She also participated in court proceedings.
Her main areas of professional interest include labour law, civil law, and civil procedure.
