Specializations
Wojciech Dybka specialises in consumer law, civil law, intellectual property law, new technology law and data protection. He advises businesses on contracts, the implementation of IT systems, compliance with consumer regulations and the protection of intellectual property in the digital environment.
Experience
Wojciech has advised entrepreneurs operating in the IT, construction, marketing and education sectors. His experience includes drafting and negotiating software development, implementation and maintenance agreements, as well as contracts concerning intellectual property, data protection, civil law and commercial law.
He has also supported clients in preparing contract templates and terms of service to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations. His practice includes representing clients in civil, administrative and administrative court proceedings.
Education and professional qualifications
Attorney-at-law admitted to the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Kraków. He completed his attorney-at-law training and passed the professional bar examination in 2020.
Publications
Author of academic publications (including the monograph “The consumer’s right to a court” and articles in academic journals, as well as chapters in collective works in the fields of consumer law, data protection, intellectual property, and new technologies).
