A company operating in the R&D sector

We provide regular legal services to the company, which carries out a project related to the development of an innovative detector for 3D Earth imaging based on an analysis of the geoneutrina emitted as part of beta radiation occurring in radioactive isotopes in Earth’s crust.

Our support includes drafting investment agreements, developing investment strategies together with external and public investors (including VC funds from Cyprus and Luxembourg), adjusting the corporate structure to the requirements of investors and providers of public financing, securing the intellectual property rights to technologies, safeguarding the founders’ engagement in the company for the duration of the project, transferring technology patents from the USA to Poland, and drafting and negotiating agreements with universities and institutions with respect to testing and implementing the new technology.
