Provision of services to company operating in real estate sector – a project in Warsaw

As part of the project, we have been providing regular legal services with respect to a comprehensive implementation of a project consisting in the erection of a residential estate in Warsaw, in ul. Instalatorów. The services included drafting and negotiating agreements concerning project works and agreements with contractors, the commercialization of the project, and post-sales services. The project is co-financed with public funds, which had to be taken into account in our work.
